The agency had been developing the product for 6 years and needed a pair of fresh eyes and ears to bring the product to market.
together with pan media's ceo, i led market research and interviewed members of the team to create a strong brand story for panther cms. we identified the product's target audience, and strategically positioned the product to appeal to their desires, needs, and biggest pain points.
